I've spent the last decade as the first ops hire at early-stage startups, building the function from scratch and helping founders scale from the inside.
I'm also a certified coach for working parents navigating the impossible juggle.
At BetterHelp, the world's largest therapy platform, I ran People Experience, IT, Operations, and Workplace on the executive team. From there I followed BetterHelp's founder to Strawberry.me, the fastest-growing consumer coaching platform, where I built ops from the ground up again. I'm now fractional consulting, with Strawberry.me continuing as a client.
The coaching side grew from the same place. The Future Me Method is the decision-making framework I built when I realized founders and working parents are often solving the same problem, just in different rooms.
