How I Work

I embed with your team on a fractional basis, typically 5 to 15 hours per week. I'm not here to write a strategy doc and disappear. I build alongside you, mentor your team, and make sure things actually get done.

Engagements usually run 3 to 6 months, though some clients continue on retainer for ongoing support.
